NSF SBIR Phase I # 1248714, Jan 1, 2013-June 30, 2013.  Engineered Sensors for the Pulmonary Forced Oscillation Technique.

This  project enabled Feather Sensors to fabricate sensors at  the Princeton University PRISM clean room for oscillatory pulmonary applications and test them at the Boston University's Respiratory and Physiological Systems Identification Laboratory.  Project was very successful in reaching goals.
